In my own words
From a childhood kitchen to yours.
I’ve had a passion for baking ever since I was a child watching the Food Network—taking mental notes and eventually applying everything I learned in my own kitchen.
In 2022, I opened Tortoise Bakery and loved every moment of it. A few life changes came along the way, and I needed to take a break—but the passion never left. After becoming a mom and moving to Oklahoma City, I felt that spark reignite.
Now, I’m bringing Tortoise Bakery back with a fresh look, renewed purpose, and a new fire beneath me. I’m so excited to share what I create and see what this next chapter brings!
